With St Brigids
Pupils from Senior Class 4
visit St Brigids school weekly to join their pupils in various
classes.
On arrival at the school,
our students link with four 6th form students from St Brigids who
accompany them to and from the classes.
Our students take part in
three classes:
1. Digital Musical
Composition - using Dance eJay 4 software, they can create their
own musical masterpiece. Pupils create, record, edit and
arrange samples and at the end of the course will record their own
tracks to CD.
2. Carpentry and
Joinery - this course is designed to provide vocational skills
in carpentry and joinery. Content includes health and safety
workshop activities, appropriate use of carpentry and joinery hand
tools, construction of models.
3. Performing arts
and Performance Skills - the use of performing arts techniques,
onstage and within a media studio environment, help to build the
learners' personal self-confidence through performing arts.
