Prospectus) Regulations (NI) 1991 requires Boards of Governors to
provide access for parents and others to information about the
educaitonal provision and opportunities offered by individual schools. |

| The purpose of the
meeting is to discuss this report and to fulfil the responsibilities
of the Board of Governors, the Principal and the Department of
Education to the School. Parents have an opportunity to
discuss with the Board of Governors issues that affect the whole
school. Under WELB guidance (1991) individual pupil issues
may not be discussed. |
